1.  Hand hold a 4 second exposure.
2. 16 second exposure have camera stabilized in 2 positions to create seeming double exposure.

1. ISO (SMALL NUMBER)  2. APERTURE (CLOSED DOWN BIG NUMBER) 3. Low light not sunlight
